The Residhotel Imperial Rennequin is housed in a small, modern building, away from the street and offers a perfect location in a private, quiet and informal atmosphere in the 17th district of Paris. This contemporary and elegant residence offers luxury studios, all spacious and functional. The Residence offers 16 well-appointed, spacious and modern studios overlooking an interior garden. High ceilings, large panoramic windows opening up towards a terrace or a balcony (from 4 to 9 sqm) with garden furniture, teak furniture, chairs from French designer Philippe Stark, soft furnishings of best French quality.

All the apartments are equipped with a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilets, hairdryer; individual safe, kitchenette (microwave oven, refrigerator, hot plates, cooker hood, dish-washer), iron, air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, desk, direct telephone, LCD TV with cable (national and international channels), radio through TV, modem plug for laptops, Ethernet PLC internet free of charge
