But: - Dirty bedspreads: to be changed - Dirty and outworn staircase carpet - Breakfasts: pretty poor (croissants of industrial quality, hot chocolate with water, no fruit juice, no honey, no yoghurts, no fruits) - Room: not air-conditioned
